1. You need to be a member of a registered weightlifting club, or have a registered weightlifting coach. If you don't have a esportsdesk login, please go and register here.

2. Click here to go to the Alberta Weightlifting Association Membership page and scroll down to register for the Pantheon Barbell Junior Open Competition or the Pantheon Barbell Masters Competition.​​
